2025 Game Plan
Briefly outline my fitness goals for 2025
FITNESS
It's the first of day of the year. 1/365.
This means it's time to set my goals for the upcoming year. I currently weigh in at 80kg. I wouldn't say I have an incredibly high body fat %. I have always been quite the hard gainer. 2 years ago I went from 68kg -> 85kg and I am looking to push that further.
I aim to hit 90kg this year. I don't necessarily want to stay there. It will be mostly fat if I manage it. But it would mean that I have committed to a solid bulk and (hopefully) have put on a fair bit of muscle tissue also.
July 2023 - 85kg
September 2021 - 70kg
December 2024 - 80kg
My starting calories are:
Calories: 2810
Protein: 180g
Carbs: 365g
Fat: 70g
My current split is a modified Push Pull Legs routine that I created myself.
4 days consisting of a push day, pull day, legs day and a dedicated arm and shoulder day. This lets me train shoulders and arms twice a week. The reason for this is because I want to focus on program enjoyment to start of the year in order to get myself back into routine.
